By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.
The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

In addition, all information posted within this forum is protected by copyright laws and is -NOT- allowed to be copied or distributed without the written consent of the author. If anyone is found doing so, they will be removed from the forum without discussion.
Remember its a place to share information and RP so that we would have a strong, cohesive group. -NOT- delegated to one particular sim, race or profession, but rather their own entities, no matter which sim the character may be played on. In other words, No sim will claim they are entitled to the Intellectual Property nor the Literary works found within. This also means that all individual authors retain their Intellectual Property of their creation and as such no works can be put onto other websites/forums other than any personal holding(s) of author. We deny any and all requests for permissions to redistribute the works within this forum. Don't bother asking and if found to be doing so with our expressed denial of permission will result in all avenues taken to reclaim our property. We declare this protection for all members of this forum as well.
You must register under the *EXACT* user name of your active RP character within any of the Obsidian OtherWorld chain in Second Life. This means that (1) If you're playing more than one character, you must create more than one account for the website though you are not obliged to discuss your alt with anyone. This forum is intrinsically tied to the RP within Second Life (2) any unknown/unfamiliar user names on an application for this forum will be automatically denied by the Admin. (3) You must be an *ACTIVE* participant to stay in good standing within this forum. No lurking allowed. If the that the time comes that there is a need for a hiatus, ie illness, travel, moving, ect; please inform the Admin so not to be banned for inactivity.
If you find yourself banned and ejected from Obsidian OtherWorld and any of its "Realms", you will be banned from this site as well.
If you are in agreement with all these rules and you are attesting to the fact that you are at least 18 years old, please continue and the forum Guardian will let you in when they receive the e-mail with your request.
